Return and Refund Policy

At A&G Family LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.


RETURNS:

We accept returns within 5 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
     
  • It must also be in the original packaging.
     
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
     

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
     
  • Downloadable software or digital products
     
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food)
     
  • Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., underwear, personal care items)
     

How to Initial a Return:
